PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of the spring sheet of a buffer for preventing the occurrence of rust, by sufficiently displaying a function as a drain groove in a loading condition on a vehicle too to prevent stagnation water or mud. SOLUTION: In the spring sheet 2 of a buffer SA formed of a drain groove 4 recessed downward and in a radial direction on a sheet part 2e, the spring sheet is tilted at a given angle to the sheet part 2e so as to make the radial direction of the bottom part 4a of the groove 4 be at least horizontal in the fitting condition of the buffer SA main body to a vehicle.
