PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch state detecting device simple in configuration and reduced in ports cost by reducing the number of self-holding type relays. SOLUTION: The power switch 2 of a self-holding type relay 3 is inserted into the power line of a control circuit main body 1 executing a processing corresponding to the operation of plural switches SW1, SW2 and SW3. Operation signals selecting the switches are OR-operated through diodes D1, D2 and D3 by conduction-driving the set coil 3s of the self-holding type relay 3 conducting the power switch. Flip flop circuits 5 and 6 which are set in accordance with the operation of the respective switches and give the state outputs to the control circuit main body are installed.
