PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, compact, and inexpensive control circuit for the rotational speed of a DC motor. SOLUTION: This control circuit for a DC motor rotary speed, that includes a digital control circuit 11 and a drive circuit 12, is connected to a DC power supply and controls the rotational speed of a DC motor 13, the control circuit of the rotary speed of the DC motor is provided, in that it includes an input voltage adjustment circuit 1 for supplying an input voltage, a reference voltage generation circuit 2 for outputting a reference voltage set, a comparison circuit 3 for outputting a plurality of digital voltages for constituting the input digital signal set of the digital control circuit 11, based on the comparison result between an input voltage that is supplied by the input voltage adjustment circuit 1 and a reference voltage set, that is generated by the reference voltage generation circuit 2.
