PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start up each of positive and negative power circuit without fail and to obtain normal output voltage for a positive-negative dual power circuit, where a positive voltage power circuit and a negative voltage power circuit are connected in series and which supplies a device with boosted voltage. SOLUTION: In a positive-negative dual power circuit, where positive voltage regulators 1-14 and 24 are used for a positive voltage power circuit and a negative voltage power circuits 1-10 and 20 and the positive voltage power circuit and the negative voltage power circuits 1-10 and 20 are connected in series, the drive circuit of a relay 1-30 which works when the voltage between output lines goes up to a prescribed voltage or over is connected between the output lines of the power circuit on the side, where the rise time is later between the positive power circuit and the negative voltage power circuit, and the switching element of the relay 1-30 is inserted into the middle of the output line of the power circuit on the side, where the rise time is faster between the positive voltage power circuit and the negative voltage power circuit.
