SUBSTANCE: device has pulse- width modulator, power supply unit, bipolar gate unit, smoothing unit. Said power supply is connected to bipolar input of gate unit, which control input is connected to bipolar output of pulse-width modulator. Bipolar output is connected to differential input of negative feedback circuit of pulse-width modulator and through bipolar smoothing unit is connected to transmission line. Said pulse-width modulator has D-flip-flop, which C input is connected to frequency setter, and which D input is connected to comparator, one of which inputs is connected to voltage setter and another input is connected to differential amplifier, input is connected to bipolar integration circuit, which is designed using resistors and capacitor. Direct and inverse outputs of D-flip-flop are designed as bipolar output of pulse-width modulator. Bipolar gate unit is designed using two complementary pairs of field transistors. Smoothing unit has serial circuit of inductance coils and capacitors. EFFECT: increased dynamic range of output voltage regulation, increased efficiency. 3 cl, 16 dwg
