PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low tank structure with which change-over of a cover and a washhand basin to each other can be facilitated and components can be commonized. SOLUTION: A low tank is equipped with a ball tap connected to a water supply pipe 4 inside thereof, and a cover 3 or a discharge pipe attached washhand basin is constituted on the upper surface in a coverable manner. A bellows hose 6 capable of being connected to the discharge pipe of the washhand basin is provided at the ball tap 5, and when the cover 3 is used as a cover, an interlocking hook 7 capable of fixing the bellows hose 6 downward is provided in the inside of the low tank 1.
