PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable lightweight foamed concrete panel having an im proved design such as a broken stone-like design, a rock surface-like design or a stone rift-like design, and scarcely damaged, even when transported using a truck in a piled state, by forming a grooves on the surface of a lightweight foamed concrete panel, forming peeled zones on the surface or both the surfaces of each groove, and leaving non-peeled surfaces behind between the grooves. SOLUTION: This lightweight concrete panel is obtained by forming grooves 2 having widths of about 2-30 mm and depths of about 2-50 mm on the surface of a lightweight foamed concrete 1 by the use of a drill, a slicing tool, a chip saw, a wood saw, etc., physically giving impacts to the surface or both the surfaces of each groove 2, forcibly opening the broken pieces to form the peeled zones, and leaving non-peeled surface portions 11 on 8-92% of the surface of the panel. The grooves 2, the bottom surfaces, the peeled zones 5 and the left surfaces 11 are totally combined to form a surface texture such as a broken stone-like design, a rock surface-like design or a stone rift-like design, and the panel having the design can thus be obtained.
