PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity regulator employing a bubbling operation operable even under micro-gravity. SOLUTION: A supply side gas/liquid separating member 13 passing only water composed of a porous material is provided at the air inlet 11 of a container 9 for storing water and an exhaust side gas/liquid separating member 14 also composed of a porous material is provided at the air outlet 12. A water circulating means 15 supplies air discharged from a water outlet 16 located closely to the air outlet 12 to a water inlet 17 located closely to the air inlet 11 and feeds water from the air inlet 11 toward the air outlet 12 in the container 9. Consequently, the air supplied from the chamber 3 produces bubbles from the supply side gas/liquid separating member 13 and the bubbles are carried on the water to the exhaust side gas/liquid separating member 14 where the bubbles disappear and the air in the bubbles under saturated state is also exhausted and returned back to the chamber 3 through an air return duct 5.
