PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make formable a coated film showing initial drying ability, weather resistance, solvent resistance and the like by making a coating composition contain an epoxy group-containing resin and a specific organic silicone compound as a binder. SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention contains a binder comprising an epoxy group-containing resin (A) having epoxy equivalent of 500-3,000, preferably 1,000-2,800 and number average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000, preferably 2,000-20,000 obtained by polymerizing a monomer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group and an epoxy group and an organic silicone compound (B) represented by formula having a ketimide group and an alkoxyl group directly bonding to a silicon atom, the weight ratio of the component A to the component B being 100:2-50, preferably 100:5-20 and the equivalent ratio of epoxy group of the component A to that of the component B being 1:0.1-1.2, preferably 1:0.2-1.0 (wherein R1 is a 1-8C organic group; R2-R4 are each a 1-8C alkyl groups; m is 1-5; and n is 0-2).
