PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor, which is easy to manufacture and of small size and delivers high output by installing a magnet rotatable as the rotational center with at least its circumferential surface divided in the circumferential direction and alternately magnetized at different poles. SOLUTION: The circumferential surface of a hollow cylindrical magnet 1 is divided circumferentially into (n) areas, which are in turn alternately magnetized in different poles, then coils are arranged in the direction of the axis of the magnet 1. Outer magnetic poles 18a and 18b and inner magnetic poles 18c and 18d of a stator 18 excited by the coils are made to face the circumferential surface and inner circumferential surface of the magnet 1. A holding means is provided which holding means holds the centers K1, K2, K3, and K4 of the poles of the magnet 1 in positions off the straight line connecting the centers Q1 and Q2 of the outer magnetic poles 18a and 18b and the rotational center Q3 of the magnet 1, when the coils are not energized. In addition, a weight member 23 is so shaped that its mass is unbalanced with respect to the rotational center, and vibration is produced by the rotation of the output shaft 7 and the magnet 1.
