PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a reserving person of the time of starting or finishing transmission of data the transmission of which is reserved, in a data communication equipment capable of reserving transmission by storing a large amount of data in a memory. SOLUTION: When an operator reserves transmission, a time for transmission is calculated by an original data quantity under transmission and an original data quantity the transmission of which is already reserved. Based on this calculating result, the scheduled transmission starting time and the scheduled transmission finishing time of the original reserved this time are calculated and displayed to inform the operator. In addition, based on prescribed operation, the list of original data the transmission of which is already reserved is displayed and the scheduled transmission starting time and the scheduled transmission finishing time of optional original data are calculated from in this list and displayed to inform the operator.
