PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facsimile equipment reducing a cost without mounting a memory of a large capacity. SOLUTION: In the case that the distributing destination of received facsimile data is unknown when facsimile data are received from the facsimile equipment 7, received facsimile data are stored in a mail server 3 with managing information. Thus, since facsimile data are stored in the server 3, a network facsimile equipment 5 does not require the memory of a large capacity. Concerning received facsimile data, only the first page is record-outputted from a recording part 14 with managing information. Since a destination, etc., are written in the first page, a client can be specified. In addition, paper resources are not wasted. Facsimile data in the server 3 can be fetched as electronic data by designating managing information and the distribution destination from an operation part 15 as well as by designating managing information from clients 1 and 2.
