PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a path device effective for preventing the interference of walkers with each other intending to use a step and a passenger conveyor provided side by side, having excellent safety especially near a landing site, and inexpensive as a whole. SOLUTION: Between a step 3 and an escalator 4 (passenger conveyor) provided side by side from a lower floor road surface 5 to an upper floor road surface 6, a lower floor road surface position difference part 10, an upper floor road surface difference part 11, a partition slope part and the like are provided, and the crowding population concentrated toward the step 3 and the escalator 4 is divided to secure the safety of walkers. Also, a safe and inexpensive structure is provided by the setting of a height position near the landing site of an exterior wall 4G as a partition wall and the structure of attaching to the escalator 4.
