PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage and deterioration of a fiber reinforced sheet and prevent the proof strength lowering of concrete structure due to reinforcing bar corrosion by adhering the fiber reinforced sheet through a cushioning layer and forming a weather resistant membrane layer. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced sheet 2 is adhered through a cushioning layer to the surface of a concrete structure 1 such as a pier, and a weather resistant membrane layer 4 is formed on the surface to be made salt damage countermeasure reinforcement. A flexible epoxy resin or the like is formed into a thickness not exceeding 0.5 mm as a cushioning layer 3, and an acrylic urethane resin or the like is sprayed or painted into a thickness exceeding 0.06 mm as a weather resistant membrane layer. Thereby in the case where cracking or the like occurs in the concrete structure 1, the displacement is absorbed by the cushioning layer 3 to prevent the breakage of the fiber reinforced sheet 2 due to stress concentration and prevent the deterioration of the fiber reinforced sheet 2 by the membrane layer 4. Thus, even when reinforcing bar corrosion proceeds, the proof stress of the concrete structure 1 can be secured by the reinforced effect of the fiber reinforced sheet 2 for a long period.
