PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an applicator for applying a product such as a liquid-, paste-or jelly-like lipstick wherein the applicator includes a storage for preserving the product, a support connected with the storage via at least one supply path, and an applying member including numerous notches for allowing the product to pass through with its outer face forming an applying face and wherein the product can be uniformly applied without using a spatula. SOLUTION: An applying member 22 is kept flexible and/or movable with respect to a support 14 so that at least one working position can be taken, the applying member 22 demarcate a space 26 for storing a predetermined amount of a product together with a support 14 at its working position, and when the member 22 deforms and/or the member 22 moves with respect to the support, the space 26 is reduced at the working position.
