PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take in and out an article by providing a means for reversibly contracting the volume of a supply passage, in a matter in which a storage part for storing article and an application member connected to the storage part via the supply passage are provided and which is to be applied to skin. SOLUTION: A storage part 10 for storing a cosmetic article 12 is connected to an application material 16 via a supply passage 14, and the application material 16 is cut off from an atmosphere by a cover 18 during no use. The cover 18 has a space 22 together with an annular surface 20 surrounding an opening of the supply passage 14, and the space can be utilized as an intermediate storage part of the article 12. The application material 16 includes a bellows 24 circumferentially surrounding the supply passage 14, thereby having a length of the supply passage 14 as well as its volume variable. An opposite side of the storage part 10 to the application material 16 side is sealed by a piston 26 guided to move in sliding relation within the storage part and it is moved in the axial direction via a rotation spindle 28.
