In the bush (9) an inner body (10) is arranged,which contains a ball-shaped recess (8) for reception of a ball-shaped head (7). The head is connected in one piece with a piston rod (6) extending out of the cylinder housing (2). The pre-assembled unit comprising the inner body and piston rod is insertable in the bush and fixed by a snap connection. The inner body in the direction of the piston rod is extended in the form of a casing over the ball-shaped recess and on the outer periphery has raised formations or a ring shoulder which are in effective connection with the projections or the bush edge (11).
