The feed gas is topped up with a pre-set amount in the ignition phase and/or depending on the burner operating parameters, the gas and air regulator (2) being followed by a parameter choke (C) switched parallel to an enriching valve (A) bypass with downstream enriching choke (B). The bypass is opened to enrich the gas by the valve (A), using choke (B) to regulate the additional volume of gas. Enriching valve (A) and the two chokes (B and C) are grouped into a single unit and the valve cone (130) can be approached to or distanced from the gas inlet so as to dictate a first path to the outlet. The choke cone (130) has a channel which is closed by the enrichment valve armature (70) and so frees a second path to the gas outlet.
