PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a secular change of an unvulcanized rubber viscosity in a silica-blended rubber composition in which a mercaptosilane coupling agent is blended.SOLUTION: A production method of a rubber composition includes a non-processing kneading step for mixing silica, a mercaptosilane coupling agent, and N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide with diene rubber, and a processing kneading step for adding and mixing a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator into a mixture obtained in the non-processing kneading step.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
