PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of causing detection of separation of access means from a flow passage to be accurately performed, and improving workability before treatment.SOLUTION: In a medical device including a vein side puncture needle b that can puncture a patient, a treatment device having a vein side blood circuit 6b capable of circulating blood of the patient through the vein side puncture needle b, detection means capable of detecting a state of the patient or the vein side puncture needle b, and wiring (4a, 4b) for transmitting a signal of the detection means to the treatment device, the detection means is capable of transmitting the signal of the detection means to the treatment device in a state that the wiring extends from a stationary portion M to the tip of the vein side blood circuit 6b, and the vein side puncture needle b and the tip of the vein side blood circuit 6b are connected to each other, and is capable of detecting separation of the vein side puncture needle b from the tip of the vein side blood circuit 6b based on the presence or absence of the signal transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
