PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a filament resin molding capable of producing a filament resin molding whose wire diameter is constant and has a cross sectional shape similar to a perfect circle.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a filament resin molding used for a 3D printer of a thermal melting lamination method. A resin material which is melt and mixed is continuously extruded from a nozzle of an extruder, and the extruded filament resin molding is vacuum sucked and made to pass a sizing device, then the filament resin molding is cooled and solidified and wound. The sizing device comprises a space whose cross sectional shape is a circular shape, and plural vacuum suction grooves are provided on a surface facing the space. The filament resin molding is used as a raw material in a modeling device for forming a three-dimensional object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
