PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easily embodying the work for optically coupling plural optical fibers and plural optical elements. SOLUTION: The plural optical elements 3f of the signal transmission and reception module for optical parallel transmission for optically coupling the plural optical elements 3f and a plurality of the optical fibers are held in optical element holding means 3b molded of a resin in the state of arraying the elements in an array form and a plurality of the optical fibers are held in fiber holding means 2b molded of a resin in the state of arraying the elements in an array form. The optical element holding means 3b and the fiber holding means 2b respectively have guide pin holding parts 2a and 3a for holding a pair of guide pins 1. The optical element holding means 3b and the fiber holding means 2b are inserted to a pair of the guide pins 1, by which the plural optical elements 3f and a plurality of the optical fibers are aligned.
