PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical device such as a beam splitter capable of obtaining the beam splitter given mirror surface work on a necessary surface without executing complicated mirror surface work after dividing into individual pieces. SOLUTION: This method consists of a laminated body forming process which laminates plural sheets of rectangular flat optical members 50 with an adhesive and successively deviating the surface directional position of the flat optical member so that a formed angle between a flat surface combining the end edges of the respective flat optical members and the flat surface of the flat optical members may be the tilting angle of 45 deg. to laminate like steps, a cutting process cutting a laminated body 61 integrated in the laminated body forming process into plural laminated and divided bodies 65 by the plural parallel cut surfaces of a prescribed pitch along the tilting angle of 45 deg., a temporarily fixing process laminating and temporarily fixing the plural laminated and divided bodies in a matched state, a dividing process forming the temporarily laminating body, a process for forming an optical device connecting body, and a separating process dissolve-removing a temporarily fixing material constituting the optical device connecting body to separate to individual optical devices.
