PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evacuate exhaust pressure reduced gas from a pressure reduced container without depositing powder in the container accompanied with the gas into pressure reduced piping by providing a flow regulating orifice of the gas at an end of the piping to a tube base side. SOLUTION: To deliver ash to an ordinary pressure container 8 after a furnace bottom ash is received in a pressurized pressure reduced container 1 from a high pressure container 1, the container 1 is pressure reduced. A delivering valve 10a is closed, a pressure reduced exhaust valve 3 provided at pressure reducing piping 2 is opened, and pressurized gas in the container 1 is discharged into the atmosphere through a flow regulating orifice 4 and the piping 2. In this pressure reducing step, the pressure reduced gas is accompanied by ash in the container 1, but since the orifice 4 is provided immediately after a tube base 5 for the piping of the container 1 and pressure reduced, a flowing speed of the exhaust gas in the piping 2 is accelerated, and the ash accompanied by the gas can be exhausted without accumulating in the piping 2.
