PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-through tool for a wall-through piping disposed in a housing without forcibly bending but by extension of a piping, connected to a hot water supply apparatus installed outdoor, through the outer wall of a housing. SOLUTION: A wall-through tool 1 consists of a first wall-through member 6, where a diagonally downward facing sheath pipe guide 13 is formed in a block part 12, a second wall-through member 7, and a screw 15 for coupling. The first cylinder part 8 of the member 6 is pressed in the installation hole 3 of an outer wall 2 from the outdoor side and the second cylinder part 7 of a member 2 is pressed therein from the indoor side. By fastening a screw 15 to intercouple the two members 6 and 7, the outer wall 2 is nipped between flange parts 10 and 19. A sheath pipe 5 is inserted through a guide 13 and obliquely extended through the outer wall 2 through the guide 13 and disposed without forcibly bending. Consecutively, a piping 4 for liquid conveyance is inserted through the sheath pipe 5 and disposed without forcibly bending. Both the piping 4 and the seat pipe 5 are extended through the outer wall 2 with no break, and the glide 13 is protruded obliquely in a downward facing state from the indoor side toward the outdoor side.
