PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operation of a valve, to improve assembly workability, and to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: A cylinder case 1 is provided at one end with a plurality of hydraulic passages 3 and a tapered protrusion part 4 formed pointing to the inside and at an upper end part on the other end part with an opening part 6 capable of being caulked. A valve seat 8 is provided with a hydraulic passage hole 9 communicated with an opening part 6 attached to the opening part 6 through caulking. A poppet valve 10 is provided at a pentral part with a tapered through-hole 11 in which the tapered protrusion part 4 is inserted and at an outer periphery with a flange-form large part 12 and a small part 13 situated therebelow. During a reverse flow of an oil pressure, the poppet valve is moved along the tapered protrusion part 4 to close the hydraulic passage hole 9. A spring 14 is interposed on the outer periphery of the small part 13 and between the flange-form large part 12 and the bottom 2 of a cylindrical case 1.
