Benzenesulfonyl(thio)urea derivatives (I) are used for preparing a medicament for the treatment of a dysfunction of the autonomous nervous system. Benzenesulfonyl(thio)urea derivatives of formula (I) and their salts are used for preparing a medicament for the treatment of a dysfunction of the autonomous nervous system. R<1> = H, Me or CF3; R<2> = H, halo, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkoxy-(1-4C alkoxy), 1-6C alkoxy-(1-4C alkoxy)-(1-4C alkoxy), 1-6C alkylthio, 1-6C fluoroalkoxy or 1-6C fluoroalkyl; E = O or S; Y' = -(CR<3>2)n; R<3> = H or 1-2C alkyl; n = 1 to 4; X = H, halo or 1-6C alkyl; Z = halo, NO2, 1-4C alkoxy or 1-4C alkyl.
