PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean or replace a filter. SOLUTION: A storage box 1 for an electrical apparatus comprises the main body of a box 2, having an opening part at the front, a door unit 3 for covering the opening of the main body 2, and a ventilation hole (4) provided by drilling on the main body 2. A ventilation unit (5) is installed on the hole (4) and is fastened to the main body 2 with a screw (2). The ventilation unit (5) is constituted by a fan (7), a finger guard (8) for protecting fingers or the like from accidentally entering into the fan (7), a waterproof rubber (9) for preventing rainwater or the like from permeating from the hole (4), an approximately square filter mounting device 11 for mounting a filter (10) for preventing dust from entering into the inside of the main body 2, and a box-shaped hood 12 with the mounting surface to the main body 2 covering the filter mounting device 11 opened, and with the bottom surface opened in a state that the hood 12 is installed on the main body 12. The hood 12 is formed in a state in which it is separated into the main body of the hood 13 and hood cover 14, and the hood cover 14 is openably/closably screwed and fixed on the main body 13 with a hinge pin (15).
