PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electric field wave shielding structure, which is superior in a transparent characteristic and an electric field wave shielding characteristic and is strongly bonded on a transparent resin plate. SOLUTION: An electric field wave shielding structure comprises a transparent conductive film (A), a transparent resin film (B) and a transparent resin plate (C) and satisfies the following conditions which include (i) a resin forming B having a melting point lower than that of a base resin forming A, (ii) a haze value of the structure being 4% or less, (iii) a total visible light transmissivity of the wavelength of 400-750 nm of the structure is 70% or more, (iv) a near-infrared reflectivity of a wavelength of 750-1,000 nm of the structure is 40% or more, (v) an electric field shielding effect at 1,000-2,000 HZ of the structure is 40 dB or more.
