PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film winding device capable of improving an yield of the product. SOLUTION: An irregular part 5 is formed on a film surface part by pressurizing the film surface part on the side of an end part in the cross direction of a film 1 by a roller 3 with a projection, a film winding device is constituted to wind up the film 1 on which the irregular part is formed in a rolled shape by a winding mechanism 4, the projection 5 on the roller 3 with the projection is formed in a convergent shape, a top part of the above projection is rounded, and a radius of curvature of its top surface is set to 0.4 mm or less.
