PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fill a container with a liquid, to prevent a malfunction of a sensor caused by the injected liquid, and to minimize a necessary amount that the liquid is injected, by sucking the liquid overflowing the container and by detecting a change in electrostatic capacity in a suction passage, thereby detecting the container full of the liquid. SOLUTION: A plastic lens material 4 filled from an injection nozzle 5 is filled between molds 1 and 2, and an overflow of the plastic lens material 4 is sucked from an injection opening 12 by a full-detecting vacuum suction nozzle 6. When the plastic lens material 4 sucked from the injection opening 12 comes near to the detecting part of an electrostatic-capacity-type proximity switch 7 set at some midpoint in a circuit between the full-detecting vacuum suction nozzle 6 and a vacuum-generation machine 8, the electrostatic-capacity-type proximity switch 7 detects a change in electrostatic capacity, a signal indicating full and finish is transmitted from a control device 9 to an injection control valve 10, and the injection of the plastic lens material 4 is stopped.
