PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively protect the bicycle by press-charging the air in a cushion part, into tubular parts of a bicycle cover accomodated in a base, and covering the bicycle by expanding the tubular parts of this bicycle cover. SOLUTION: When a cushion part 58 is strongly pressed to a cushion pressing plate 68, a hole 58a of a bottom plate of the cushion part 58 is closed by a spring member 60, a cushion body 61 in a sealed state is compressed, and the air inside thereof is press-charged into a nozzle part 65a of a bicycle cover. The bicycle cover is formed by the nozzle part 65a, tubular parts and a thin film part. The air press-charged from the cushion part 58 is press-charged into the tubular parts through the nozzle part 65a, and the tubular parts are expanded, whereby the rectangular frame is formed by the expansion of the front and back tubular parts, and the thin film part is suspended from the rectangular frame to totally cover the bicycle.
