PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-composite type damping metal plate which can prevent resin burrs in the cross section during blanking and cutting and the protrusion of a resin from an end face in pressing. SOLUTION: In a damping plate in which surface and back layers are a metal plate and an intermediate layer is a damping resin layer, the resin layer is made of a thermosetting resin at least 400 N/cm2 in shear adhesive strength at 40 deg.C, at least 75% in gel content, and at least 0.3 MPa in dynamic rigidity at 200 deg.C to prevent resin flashes and the protrusion of the resin, to eliminate the scattering of the resin flashes in a product, and to prevent the troubles of equipment caused by resin dust.
