The appliance has a spray tube (12) loaded by a piston (20), and loaded in opposite direction by a return spring. This is a helical traction spring (28), engaging into spray channel (32) and spray tube. One end of the spring is connected to a wall (26) of the cylinder housing (14,16) on the side of a water connection (18), the other spring end is connected to the spray tube. The spring axially guides the spray tube.
