PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil which satisfactorily keeps the pitch precision of its ends, and is superior in board mountability. SOLUTION: In a common mode chock coil, having a winding 7 on a core case 1a in which a toroidal core is put, and a fixing base 1b for supporting the winding 7, the winding 7 and fixing base 1b are in a mutually movable state, and an end 8 of the winding 7 drawn out onto the opposed surface side of the fixing base 1b through a hole 3b formed in the fixing base 1b is drawn out longer, by a force which presses the winding 7 in towards the fixing base 1b, and the gap 9 between the winding 7 and the fixing base 1b is decreased.
