The inner cooling accumulator(K) is cooled in a freezer for several hours until it is completely frozen, and it is then pushed into the entry opening(E) of the thermal insulation housing(G). The mountings(H) are secured on the windscreen nozzles and the length of the mountings are adjusted by screws(S2) so that the inner opening of the device is placed sufficiently behind the normal fresh air nozzle of the vehicle's interior. The lever(H2) of the fresh air nozzle(D) is thereby open.
