PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate the need for a fan, to suppress a cost and weight, to form a shaped body which is light in weight and moves freely and to make the film structure compact at the time of housing and transporting by providing the soft membrane structure with a membrane structure formed approximately to a bag shape and an elastic layer stuck to the inside surface of the membrane structure and three-dimensionally shaping the membrane structure by the restitutive force of the elastic layer. SOLUTION: The soft membrane structure 1 consists of the film structure 2 formed approximately to the bag shape and the elastic layer 3 stuck to the inside surface of the membrane structure 2. The membrane structure 2 is three-dimensionally shaped to a spherical shape by the restitutive force of the elastic layer 3. The soft membrane structure 1 is inserted into a surface body 4 applied with designs, such as characters and patterns, and the surface body 4 is three-dimensionally shaped. The membrane structure 2 is formed to a bag shape by sewing a flexible thin fabric of nylon fibers, cotton fibers, etc., so as to constitute the prescribed three-dimensional shape when expanded. The elastic layer 3 is formed by sticking the same cut patterns as the sewing patterns of the membrane structure 2 to the sewing patterns of the membrane structure 2 with the resin expandable plate, etc., of urethane form, etc.
