摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good adhesion between a surface layer and an organic photosensitive layer while enabling all layer dip coating of good surface strength to be performed by making a surface layer contain electrically conductive fine particles and plural resins crosslinked with a block type isocyanate. SOLUTION: The organic photosensitive layer and the surface layer containing electrically conductive fine particles and two or more resins crosslinked with a block type isocyanate are laminated on an electrically conductive substrate to obtain the objective electrophotographic photoreceptor. The two or more resin components are preferably different from each other in polymerization degree and are preferably polyvinyl alcohol components. It is preferable that the surface layer has plural layers and the polymerization degree of a resin component contained in the layer on the photosensitive layer side is lower than that of a resin component contained in the layer on the surface side. The layer on the photosensitive layer side is preferably thinner than the layer on the surface side.
