PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of which liquid crystal panel and a printed circuit board can be surely and easily connected without a positional deviation of the printed circuit board generated when a frame is mounted. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device provided with a liquid crystal panel 1 which has an IC chip 4 connected with its array substrate 1b and besides on which an input terminal 2 supplying driving signals to the IC chip 4 is formed, a printed circuit board 5 on one edge part of which an output terminal 6 to be connected to the input terminal 2 is formed, a conductive connection material 10 held between the input terminal 2 of the liquid crystal panel 1 and the output terminal 6 of the printed circuit board 5, a frame 9 to caulk the liquid crystal panel 1 and the printed circuit board 5 and a backlight 8 to supply light to the liquid crystal panel 1, the printed circuit board 5 and the liquid crystal panel 1 are caulked with the frame 9 in such a state that the other edge part 5a of the printed circuit board 5 on which the output terminal 6 is not formed is placed on a counter substrate 1a of the liquid crystal panel 1.
