For transmission of information on setting of payment the element of the subscriber network has a detector for detection of outgoing measuring pulse transmitted from the communication system; as a result, the system accommodates a control unit for control of the control means for transmission of signal on setting of payment to the subscriber's point with the aid of the pilot signal in response to detection of the outgoing measuring pulse; and the subscriber's point has a detector for detection of the signal on setting of payment, and a signal generator responding to the detector signals for generation and supply of the outgoing measuring pulse to the user's interface in response to detection of the signal on setting of payment.
