PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wall paper which does not generate a poisonous gas such as dioxin gas when incinerated, to which various surface effects can be given and which is excellent in production cost. SOLUTION: This wall paper comprises a nonwoven fabric which has a bulk specific gravity of <=0.1 under a load of 2.5 g/cm2 and which is obtained by blending (A) main three-dimensionally crimped fibers with the three- dimensionally non-crimped fiber of another halogen-free compound-based polymer component. The main three-dimensionally crimped fibers A comprise conjugate synthetic fibers which each has an eccentric sheath-core structure or side-by-side type structure comprising the same or different kinds of halogen-free compound- based polymer components. The three-dimensionally non-crimped fibers are synthetic fibers comprising the same or different kind of a non-halogenated compound-based polymer component as the main fibers A and/or (B) natural fibers. The three-dimensionally non-crimped fibers may also be (C) heat-adhesive synthetic fibers comprising a non-halogenated compound-based polymer component having a lower melting point by 20 deg.C or larger than that of the main fibers.
