PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ground height by providing a guide bracket on a hook block, so that the hook block can be tilted and housed when it is placed on a carrier. SOLUTION: A hook block 11 is formed of side plates 11b, a plurality of hook sheaves 11a supported by a shaft 11c provided between the side plates 11b, and a hook 11e supported by a trunnion 11d. A substantially right-angled triangular guide bracket 11f for linking the side plates 11b is screwed by the use of a bolt, so as to be attachable/detachable and installable on the opposite side. According to this structure, since the hook block 11 can be tilted and housed horizontally, the ground height can be reduced. Since the guide bracket 11f is provided, the hook block 11 can be easily and safely tilted by only lowering it. The guide bracket 11f, even if it is set on the opposite side position by mistake, can be changed easily.
