PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable placed concrete to be spread in a recessed groove of a mold to fill concrete while extremely restraining the generation of a space not filled enough by forming at least a mold for fixing a lower part of an anchor bolt by a member having a groove part, and installing the mold with the groove part thereof directed upward. SOLUTION: A table 11 assembled by welding an angle material is provided on leveling concrete 10. A molt 3 is placed on the table 11 and fixed in a designated position by welding or bolt joining. The mold 3 for fixing the lower part of an anchor bolt 12 is formed by a steel material having a recessed groove part 6, and installed with the opening of the recessed groove part 6 directed upward. An anchor bolt 12 is inserted in a bolt hole 4 of the mold 3 and positioned, and then a nut 12 is fastened to place concrete 14. As a result, flowing concrete 4 spreads enough to the opening part of the recessed groove part 6 so that while a gap is extremely restrained, concrete is filled enough to more firmly fix an anchor bolt fixing device 1.
