PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for connecting a main yoke and a sub-yoke, and to improve the working efficiency by inserting a pin composed of a stepped shaft bar having both ends formed as a larger diameter than an intermediate part into coincident pin through holes. SOLUTION: A pin 7 used to constitute this wiper is constituted so that both end sides are formed in a diameter for freely rotating respective pin holes and pin through holes of a main yoke 1, an interposing plate 5 and a sub-yoke 3 and an intermediate part is formed as a stepped shaft bar being a shaft having a slightly smaller diameter than a diameter of both end sides. This pin 7 is penetrated by crossing the respective pin through holes 4 and the pin holes 2, 6 of the main yoke 1 and the sub-yoke 3. Thus, a small diameter part of the stepped shaft bar constituting the pin 7 is positioned between opposed side plates of a back central part of the sub-yoke 3. A stopper pipe 8 being a cut/ split pipe formed in a C shape in a cross section by arranging a slit in the lengthwise direction is fitted to the small diameter part of the stepped shaft bar of the pin 7. Thus, the main yoke 1 and the sub-yoke 3 can be freely rotated in a state of journalling the pin 7.
