PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit comprising reset circuit which outputs a reset signal of desired level. SOLUTION: A reset circuit 111 provided to an integrated circuit 101 comprises a function block 121, inverter 122, selector 123, and latch 124. The function block 121 is inputted with a clock signal CLK and reset control signal RST-N, outputs a select signal sel to a select signal input end (s) of the selector 123, and outputs a gate signal gate to a gate input end G of the latch 124. The input end of the inverter 122 and an input end (b) of the selector 123 are connected to a configuration pin CON. The configuration pin CON is inputted with H level (for example, 5V) or L level (for example, 0V) through a resistance element 207.
