PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase assembly precision and provide a device with high productivity by arranging a plurality of positioning fixing members for first and second base substances and a support member, and using a fixing member of the support member as each fixing member of the first and second base substances. SOLUTION: A first base substance 1 serves as a rear plate or a substrate, and a second base substance 2 serves as a display surface including a display region shown by a vertical thin line. A support frame 3 seals the first base substance 1 and the second base substance 2, and a support member 4 maintains between the first base substance 1 and the second base substance 2. The support member 4 is constituted with a spacer 5, an spacer interval defining member 6, a support member connecting through bar 7, a fixing member 8 of the support member placed at an end of the support member connecting through bar 7. The fixing member 8 of the support member abuts to a fixing member 9 of the base substance 1 adhered onto the first base substance 1 and a fixing member 10 of the base substance 2 adhered onto the second base substance 2, and engages with the fixing member 9 of the base substance 1 and the fixing member 10 of the base substance 2, and functions as a positioning fixing member.
