PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion and pulling out of the mounting pin of an expansion boom derricking hydraulic cylinder by providing a maintenance work hole for inserting and pulling out the mounting pin on the boom mounting frame on the side where a fuel tank and a hydraulic fluid tank are placed. SOLUTION: A pair of boom mounting frames 7 and 7 is mounted on a super structure base 2 mounted on the traveling device of a vehicle for high lift work, and a maintenance work hole 20 is formed on one of the boom mounting frames 7 and 7. A pair of boom derricking hydraulic cylinder mounting frames 13 and 13 is mounted between the boom mounting frames 7 and 7 on the super structure base 2 by welding, and the pin holes provided in the bosses 17 and 17 of the mounting frames 13 and 13 are positioned to the base end-side pin hole of a boom derricking hydraulic cylinder 5. A mounting pin 18 is transversely inserted to these pin holes through the maintenance work hole 20, and a lock pin 19 is installed to its tip to mount the boom derricking hydraulic cylinder 5 on the boom derricking hydraulic cylinder mounting frames 13 and 13.
