PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input photographed year, month and date, etc., with a simple operation by respectively displaying plural images at prescribed positions, also displaying a calendar, selecting at least one image and a date on the calendar shown on a display screen and making image data corresponding to the selected image and date data corresponding to the selected date one set to transfer it to a recording medium, SOLUTION: An image frame 301 is selected by clicking an image frame 301. In such a case, plural image frames 301 can simultaneously be selected, for instance, by clicking while pressing down a shift key of a keyboard. When a photographed date frame 312 is clicked after selecting the frame 301, a calendar image 200 is displayed at the central part of a display screen. When a date is selected with the image 200 and a determination frame 211 is clicked, the selected date is determined. Next, image data and date data corresponding to each image are made one set and transferred to a recording medium 120.
