FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a flame retardant and exhibiting no bleeding of the retardant without degrading the flame retardancy and to provide a molded article of the same. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by compounding a flame-retardant resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (A) and 0.5-100 pts.wt. flame retardant (B) with a mixture of a polyester resin (C) and polyglycerin or a higher fatty acid ester of polyglycerin (D), the amount of the mixture compounded being 1-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. retardant (B).
