PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic having excellent moisturizing effect, rough skin improving effect, senility preventive effect and skin condition- improving effect, and useful as a facial cleansing cosmetic, lotion, milky lotion or the like, by including parsley essence and a ceramide and/or the like. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic is obtained by including (A) pref. 0.001-10.0 wt.%, more pref. 0.01-2.0 wt.%, of essence extracted from parsley and (B) pref. 0.001-5.0 wt.%, more pref. 0.01-2.0 wt.%, of one or two kind(s) of ingredients selected from glycoceramides such as a ceramide and a glucoceramide. The compounding weight ratio of the ingredient A to the ingredient B is desirable to be 0.01 to 100.0. The ingredient A is extracted from the leaves, stalks, roots and whole grass of parsley using an extraction solvent such as water. This skin cosmetic is useful as a cream, pack or the like.
